Wild Palmetto is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please verify your address before placing order, and if you prefer insurance, please select the priority shipping option.

**International customers are responsible for paying any duty and tax fees. Wild Palmetto isn't responsible for any customs delays or fees.**

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible for any address changes if you haven't received a shipping notification. We cannot make changes to the shipping address or modify orders once the order is being processed for shipment.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If your shipment is refused or returned to sender, you'll receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to us. If a package is refused or returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer must pay shipping charges to re-ship the package. If we don't receive a reply within 7 days for re-shipment, we'll issue store credit minus the shipping cost. If the customer prefers a refund, we'll issue a refund minus the shipping cost.


Please contact us or fill out this form to request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order if your order hasn't been processed for shipment. If you'd like to change something (i.e., different size), please send us an email as soon as possible and we will do it for you as long as your order hasn’t already been processed.

NOTE: We cannot add item(s) to orders already placed.


We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If your package is marked "delivered," but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package. If your package is still missing, please contact your local post office to see if you can request GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered.

If your package is still missing, we'll file a missing mail case with USPS. Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we'll replace your items or issue a refund if they're no longer available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address, we're unable to issue a refund or replacement.
