RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns of qualifying items within 7 days of the date you receive your shipment for your chose of a refund to the original form of payment or store credit for the cost of the item(s). The delivery date is determined by the mail carrier's tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: The package needs to be postmarked/handed over to the shipping carrier by the 7th day and does NOT need to arrive at our location by the 7th day. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your return once it's delivered to us.

To start a return: Please contact us with the name on the order, order #, which item(s) you'd like to return, and if you'd like a refund to the original form of payment or store credit via email for the cost of the item(s). *Store credit does not expire.*

Wild Palmetto does NOT cover return shipping costs. If you’d like a prepaid USPS shipping label, we'd be happy to provide you with one. Your refund or store credit will include a deduction for the cost of the return label. Please notify us for all return(s) prior to sending them to us.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment or store credit via email.

All Afterpay/Shop Pay purchases with qualifying item(s) may be returned following our standard returns process. All refunds will be made from Wild Palmetto to Afterpay or Shop Pay and we cannot provide cash/credit refunds or store credit. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay/Shop Pay. You are still responsible for finishing payments with Afterpay/Shop Pay payments. If you have a question or concern about your Afterpay order, please contact Afterpay support at info@afterpay.com and Shop Pay support at installments@shop.app.

Please maintain your tracking number for your return shipment so that you can track its progress. We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail on their way back to us.

QUALIFYING ITEMS

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned within the 7 day time period. Items that appear to be worn, washed, altered, have stains, rips, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or other odors, etc. will not be accepted.

Items must be UNWASHED and UNWORN with ORIGINAL TAGS attached. All items must be free of smells, stains, pet hair, bodily fluid and damages or will be rejected upon arrival. Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges.

*Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund/store credit or exchange if returned item(s) are defected, not in original condition, and/or final sale item(s) + a shipping fee will be charged in order to ship the item(s) back to you.*

Wild Palmetto reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange based on the condition the item is returned in.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size/color or you're unsatisfied with the product ordered and would like a different one, you'll go through the return process above. Please refer to our Return Policy above to see if your item(s) meet all of the requirements.

Contact us with the name on the order, order #, and which item(s) you'd like to return, and which item(s) you'd like to exchange them for. Please let us know if you'd like a refund to the original form of payment or store credit via email.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment or store credit via email. You may then place an order for the desired item(s).

If the new item(s) you’re wanting is available- we'll set that aside for you for 7 days to ensure it doesn't sell out while we're waiting for your return. If the item(s) you're wanting is unavailable, we'll let you know and issue a refund to the original form of payment or store credit via email.

ORDER ISSUES

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with a picture of the damage and your order number. Please don't wear, wash, or alter the damaged item(s).

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with the name of the wrong item and your order number. Please don't wear, wash, or alter the wrong item(s) that were in your package.

While we do our best to ensure these are rare occurrences and we double check every order, we'll get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.
