How do I use Afterpay or Shop Pay?
Shop our site and go to checkout as usual, enter your shipping information, and select Afterpay (minimum of $35) or Shop Pay (minimum of $50) as your payment option. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay or Shop Pay and provide payment details, returning customers will log in to complete their purchase.

Please Note: All items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay with a total value of atleast $35 and for Shop Pay eligibility, your shopping bag must have a total value of atleast $50. You must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify, be atleast 18, be a U.S. resident, and have a U.S. debit or credit card.

How does the payment schedule work?
Afterpay/Shop Pay customers will make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments will be taken automatically every 2 weeks from your chosen payment method. You can log in to your Afterpay account or Shop Pay account to make payments early or view your payment schedule. **Late fees will apply on missed payments**

When will my items be delivered?
Afterpay and Shop Pay orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeframe like any other order from Wild Palmetto.

How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay or Shop Pay?
Afterpay and Shop Pay follow our standard return process. Our Return Policy can be found here. Refunds for Afterpay or Shop Pay will first be refunded from Wild Palmetto to Afterpay/Shop Pay, then to you. As soon as the refund is processed, it will drop into your Afterpay/Shop Pay account. We cannot provide refunds to your card or store credit.
